I’m all about instant gratification. I suppose that means I don’t have a lot of patience. That’s not entirely true, but I do prefer not to have to wait for things. So, I was really excited to discover, a few weeks ago, that the American Idol website is offering downloads of the mp3s and videos for the top 12 contestants on the day after the performance show airs. The mp3s are 99 cents and the videos are $1.99. No, they’re not paying me to write this, I just thought it was a cool thing and thought you might think so, too. If you want to own your favorite Idol contestants’ songs for posterity, just go to the Download page and download away!
