One dancer takes home the fugly mirror ball trophy. Who will it be?

All the dancers are back for the finale. Yay! Okay, I missed a bunch of stuff because I was trying to finish my American Idol post, but it probably wasn’t important seeing as how there has to be a LOT of filler in a 2 hour show.

First Filler Segment: “The History of Dancing with the Stars” which includes “Strictly Come Dancing” which came from England.

Second Filler Segment: The pros dance together. Which is really not filler but entertainment.

Third Filler Segment: The phenomenon that is Dancing with the Stars.

Oh look! The finalists! More dancing!

Apolo and Julianne revisit their Paso Doble.

Judges scores: 10 + 10 + 10 = 30

This gives them a total of 89 points out of 90.

Joey and Kym revisit their Tango.

(I still think this is stupid tango music, but whatever.)

Judges scores: 10 + 10 + 10 = 30

This gives them a total of 86 points out of 90.

Laila and Maks revisit their Mambo.

Judges scores: 10 + 10 + 10 = 30

This gives them a total of 85 points out of 90.

Why exactly did they have to do another scored dance when they all got the same score and nothing changed on the leader board? Seems silly to me.

Fourth Filler Segment: Comments from friends and family about the final 3.

Elimination time.

Laila and Maks….are eliminated.

Not surprised, but Laila really was a wonderful competitor, and it was a joy to watch her dance.
