The Top 10 are performing tonight…
It’s a shame that there is only one act in the top 10 that is not a singing act. What kind of variety show only has one non-singing act? At least the singing acts have some variety within themselves, but still…
Paul Salos: He really is adorable. I don’t know that he should win the whole thing, but he’s having the time of his life and it’s obvious.
Kaitlyn Maher: Not a good song for her. This was by far her worst performance vocally. But it is amazing how she has so much poise on stage and remembers all the words. She’s still cute, though, but not ready for the top 5 or Las Vegas.
Donald Braswell: He really does have a great story, but he’s kind of boring.
Jessica Price: She was really pitchy to my ears tonight. I just don’t think she’s good enough yet for the Top 5.
Joseph Hall: If I close my eyes, the vocal resemblance is uncanny. It’s almost freaky in fact. In other words, color me impressed.
Neal E. Boyd: Didn’t love this song choice all that much, but he gave a very good performance nonetheless.
The Wright Kids: They did a good job, but the background vocals were a little lost. I love these kids, but I don’t think they are really Top 5 material. I do, however, think they have great potential.
Queen Emily: Even though I thought she screamed some of the song, this was the best performance of the night so far.
Nuttin’ But Stringz: I’d pay to see that show.
Eli Mattson: He has so much passion for what he does.
