As with anything else, the more you do it, the better you get :)

Erm, that was in regards to taking photos, but it could also be applied to the piano photo as well I suppose ;)

So true…I wish I would have kept practicing the piano, but it didn’t come easily enough to keep me going I guess. Hopefully this photography stuff will help keep my mind occupied!

Good subject. I love the way the exposure captures the motion.

Cool photos so far…all of them. Have you thought about trying a film camera instead? instead of a digital…you can always get them developed with a CD and then load them up. But this would give a faster shutter and leave the blur out in motion photos, but still give the feeling of motion. Keep it up…you may be onto a new career you can do out of your home…have a friend who did it and she’s making good money but is still home most of the time with her kids. love ya…keep it up! MV

Mike was showing me his old contact sheets from when he took a photography class. One thing he said that makes sense especially for me right now in the learning phase is that digital is immediate. I can show them to him right away and get critiqued and not waste money getting them developed when most of them usually suck anyway. ;)
