Day 107: Books Are Not Just for Reading

Books Are Not Just for Reading

It was a very windy day today so I didn’t really get out to take any photos. However, this morning I picked some flowers that I thought might look good dried and they are underneath the books you see stacked on the counter. Not very exciting, but maybe the books might be interesting to you, although they were chosen for their weight and not their content: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire; a time travel romance by Diana Gabaldon (an Arizona-based author, by the way); and The Domesday Book (brought to me by my friend from England).

Taken April 16, 2008.

I always like the look of books, even if they are not open for reading. What are the polysterene cups in the background holding?
