Blue - the color of the sky, the water, and jeans. And many other things as well. Not to mention the fact that the shades of blue seem endless. So, it’s blue. Not because I’m blue or anything. I just like blue!
Of course, the big holiday approaching (in the US at least) is Independence Day! So, this week’s topic is free or freedom, independence, liberty, etc. As a bonus or alternate topic, try red, white and blue.
Today is National Pink Day, so this week’s topic is…Pink! Not my favorite color, but with a little girl around, it’s plentiful in our house.
I don’t know about where you are, but where I am, it’s hot hot hot. Sunday’s high was 108°F. So, I guess you could say I’ve got hot on the brain. Now it’s time to show us your hot photos, too!
Next Sunday is Father’s Day, so this week our focus turns to the Dad, Daddy, Pops, Papa, Father, Padre, etc. in our life!

My mom’s favorite color was lavender. My favorite color is purple. So this week, it’s all about purple. Purple, purple, purple. Hurray for purple!
In honor of Mother’s Day (in the US) next Sunday, this week’s topic is Mother. My mom is not around anymore, although I am a mom now, so I hope to be able to find some way to remember my mother in photos this week as well as celebrate my own motherhood, but there are so many other things I can think of that fit this topic.
