Day 357: Talking to the Animals
Posted in Project 365+1 2008 on December 22nd, 2008 by KarinI can’t remember exactly what she was doing now, but it was really cute. Of course, when I held up the camera she quit. Meet my strong-willed child. ;)

Project 365 Topic #52: Christmas/Holidays
Posted in Project 365 Topics on December 22nd, 2008 by KarinWe’ve finally made it - the last topic of the year. I, for one, am quite relieved! I’m sorry this is late, but I spent yesterday fighting food poisoning or something that made my stomach violently angry at me. Fun. Anyway, I’m sure you already knew what the topic would be this week, anyway. Hanukkah started yesterday. Christmas is Thursday. What else could it be? We celebrate Christmas as I’m sure most of you do, but there might be a few of you that celebrate the other holidays of the season, so choose your favorite holiday or a combination thereof and have at it. And thanks to all of those who played along this year!
Day 356: Quilt
Posted in Project 365+1 2008 on December 21st, 2008 by KarinIt’s far from perfect, but this is the quilt I made for our nephew for Christmas this year.

Day 354: Ice Cream for Owies
Posted in Project 365+1 2008 on December 19th, 2008 by Karin(Taken with my cell phone.) LG went to the doctor today for her 4 year old well check. She got 5(!) shots (DPT, MMR, Polio, Chicken Pox and Flu) and they hurt and she cried. Poor baby. So, afterwards we went to Cold Stone for some ice cream to help her feel better.
The doctor said she was doing great and that she is “really smart”. (I’m really proud - can you tell?)

Day 353: Snook and Wartz
Posted in Project 365+1 2008 on December 18th, 2008 by KarinThis is one of LG’s favorite toys from her favorite television show. When I saw “Wartz” all lit up, I knew they would be my subjects today!
