Frozen in Time

Life is like Spring in Phoenix. You never know what you’re gonna get. ;)

A week ago Saturday it was pouring rain and it was so cold we had to break out the sweaters and sweatshirts again. The high barely made it into the 60s. Tomorrow the forecast says we might get our first 100 degree day. I’m pulling it for it to stay below the century mark a few more weeks, but we’ll see what happens.

Post Easter Egg hunt with her chick that she won for finding the “special” egg. The hunt had to be moved into the church hall because it was a rainy, muddy day outside. Somewhat unusual for Phoenix in April - we’re usually sweating by the end of the hunt. Today it was sweaters and sweatshirts and chaos inside. It was also loud. LG is not too much into the loud, so it wasn’t as good an experience as we would have liked it to be, but she recovered with the help of a little sugar. ;)
