One of my first blooms on my new rose bushes. This is the Henry Fonda rose. I wanted a yellow that was bright and rich and not too pale and sickly looking. And I think I got it!

There’s something so hopeful about leaves budding out on trees in the Spring. It reminds you that no matter how bad things might seem, there is always hope and new life. A constant and never ending circle. You can’t help but smile when you see it.
