Time to start thinking about fall and fall colors, so we’ll start off with yellow this week, in order to give fall at least another week or two to make its presence known before it becomes our topic!
Typical lame Sunday photo. Okay, most of my photos lately have been on the lame side. There’s something about September. It’s probably my least favorite month, because I’m just tired of the hot weather and I’m ready to move on already. I don’t want to go outside because the weather depresses me. I’m ready for it to feel like Fall and it doesn’t. So, I just have no inspiration right now. Hopefully, when it cools off a little more (and a change is comin’ – I feel it!), the inspiration will come back.
And also, I’m still waiting on my replacement computer. All these things, plus so many more are just making me cranky (as Bright Star says) about Project 365 right now. But, at least I’m still taking some sort of photo each day.
As for this particular photo? I’m still irritated that Heidi Klum was nominated instead of Cat Deeley from So You Think You Can Dance. I have nothing against Heidi, but what does she really do? Cat does a lot more and does it well. Anyway, enough of that.

My new computer was a lemon. It started freezing up and shutting itself down randomly. I took it to the Apple store Friday night and they said they could fix it, but since it was so new, I’d probably be better off getting a replacement. Of course, that department is closed on the weekends, so I’ll call tomorrow and get that taken care of. Big bummer. :(

I’m finally caught back up. Sorry I was MIA the last week. A combination of things going on and being tired of trying to fight with unwieldy iPhoto (and it’s 16k photos or something like) on my maxed out laptop just totally kept me unmotivated. Hopefully a new computer will remotivate me! Is remotivate a word? Well, if it wasn’t, it is now!
Not the best photo, but it was too cute to pass up. Her room was dark and the only light was coming from the hall. I also boosted it a little in iPhoto. She likes to say, “I want to snuggle up.” Daddy did, and they both fell asleep on her bed. ;)
