Frozen in Time

We escaped the heat (although it’s under 100 now, which is downright chilly after the summer we had) for a day and went up north to the pine trees and mountains of Flagstaff. There are many more pictures, but I’m exhausted, so they will have to wait. In the meantime, enjoy this view of the San Francisco Peaks.

I have one month left of my little year-long project. Hard to believe it’s almost over. I’ll have a lot more to say when it’s over, but for now, I’m on the final countdown!

LG loves this stupid blow-up frog she got as a prize from the Summer Reading Program this year. She sleeps with it, she bathes with it, she dances with it, she has it sit at the table while we eat. She told me, “He’s my friend. I love Frog.”
