LG put her animals on the chair and said they were “looking out the window”. Later she told us they were “singing”. Love that imagination!

Yes, I drug my husband out of bed with me at 2:45 am MST (in Arizona we stay on Standard time all year) to watch the lunar eclipse. I don’t really have the best equipment to take photos of the moon, but you get the idea. For a really beautiful shot, go here.

Since we have choir rehearsal at 4:30 followed by mass at 6 pm, we usually don’t get dinner until after church. And since it’s late and we don’t normally feel like cooking anything by that time, our tradition is to go to Panda Express for takeout on Sunday nights.

I’m making a doll quilt for LG made entirely of scraps (even the batting is scrap). It even matches her quilt (that still needs to be quilted…I guess that’s next on my list of projects!).
