We had a great time at the park today with Marlene and her kiddos and as we were leaving, it started to sprinkle. Which is good news for the dry parched earth and not so good news for my husband trying to cover a patio today!

My good friend’s brand new 2 lb 2 oz baby girl. Not the best picture because I didn’t want to use the flash in the NICU, but I just wanted to show you how tiny she is. She is doing very well, but please keep them both in your prayers.

The freeze(s) we had a couple of weeks ago did some nasty things to our poor desert plants who are not used to living in those cold temperatures. We’ll see in a few weeks if our ocotillo comes back or not.
