Tonight’s dinner was Parmesan Crusted Salmon and Green Bean Casserole which may not sound like it goes together, but it actually tasted really good.
By the way, since mushrooms don’t agree with me, I substitute Cream of Celery soup for the Cream of Mushroom soup in the Green Bean dish and it’s very very yummy.

I love this photo for many reasons. For one thing, it’s almost impossible to get a non-blurry shot of her when you are pointing the camera almost straight down at her, because she refuses to stand still. I’m sure that many people would look at it and dismiss it because her hair is in her face, but to me this photo is the essence of who she is. Tousled hair falling into her face, big eyes looking up at you and always reaching. So in my mind, this picture is perfect because of its imperfection.

While I was at the salon today, Mike and Little Girl went to the railroad park. I finished before they got back, so I walked around downtown Scottsdale and snapped some photos while I was waiting for them. This is the fountain in middle of 5th Avenue. Had Little Girl chosen to wait until her due date, she would have been two years old today. Instead she came eight weeks early and she is almost 26 months old. Either way, we love her!

This morning on our walk with Marlene, I started getting warm and took off my gloves and threw them in the basket of the stroller. When I got home, I realized one was missing, so Little Girl and I went back out and tracked down the glove which was still laying on the street where I dropped it. Had it not been one of my gloves that I bought at Harrod’s in London, I probably wouldn’t have bothered chasing it down, but it was and I did and it’s back with its mate.
