I finished the last quilt for Christmas. This is quite the accomplishment for me since I’m notorious for starting projects and not finishing them, but four quilts started and four quilts finished is not bad at all.

This one was taken by Mike, but I love it so much that I had to post it. I love how the sunlight is making her hair glow. I love the look on her face. And I love that we got some beautiful photos of her first time on a swing.
Little Girl and her brand new big girl bed. She didn’t actually end up sleeping in her bed tonight because she is a strong-willed child who didn’t want to stay in the bed and therefore ended back up in her crib. So we’ll try again tomorrow. But I think you can see how much she loves her new bed by the smile on her face!

And that’s just what she’ll do, even if these boots are on the wrong feet. She was so proud of herself for putting them on, though! :) (And yes, it is still warm enough for her to run around in shorts and a tank top all day. But they are promising the temperatures are finally going to drop this weekend. Yay!)
